The following virtual programs are available to assist franchisors and franchisees

All programs are conducted by franchisEssentials President & CEO, Paul Segreto, are franchise focused, and are customized specific to clients’ goals and objectives. As well, all programs are adaptable for small to large groups, and are also available on-site at corporate offices and for franchise conferences and annual conventions.

Franchise Sales & Development Analysis 

This program is a comprehensive analysis of current franchise sales & development efforts to include online brand audit, mystery shopping, franchise sales process review & evaluation, lead generation review & evaluation, recommendations, and development of a 12-month action plan. This program is typically completed within 30 days.

Franchise Social Media Success 

This is a customized social media training program, specific to franchising and client’s objectives in utilizing social media. This 13-week program is also specific to current social media proficiency levels of individuals participating in the program. Up to three individuals may participate at quoted price. Program includes development of a 12-month action plan. *$100 additional for each additional participant up to ten participants, and $50 for additional participants up to 100 participants.

Franchise Social Media Strategy Development 

This program focuses on the development of a comprehensive strategy specific to client’s objectives in utilizing social media for franchise lead generation, consumer proposition and / or brand awareness objectives. The program includes analysis and evaluation of current client efforts and an extensive online brand audit. This program is typically completed within 30 days.

Franchisee Sales & Customer Service Training 

This program is specific to franchisees but typically prompted by franchisor. This program is primarily for non-foodservice segment of franchising and is specific to local sales and customer service efforts. This 13-week program works with franchisees in understanding one-on-one B2C sales, B2B sales, lead tracking and analysis, exceptional customer service practices, integration with social media, local business promotion and more. *Cost is for one participant. Additional participants at $300 each.

Personal Branding for Franchisees (and other franchise professionals) 

This 13-week program is for individual franchisees (and other franchise professionals) looking to fortify their own personal online presence and footprint more for the purpose of individuals (and entities) doing business with them as ethical experts as opposed to being specific to career objectives similar to those offered by many of the personal branding programs online. *Cost is per participant and services are always offered one-on-one.
